He has served as Chief of the Labour Division and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice – Labour Cassation Chamber, and President of the School of Labour Lawyers, and has led retirement plans, collective bargaining and restructuring processes while litigating before ordinary labour courts and in cassation proceedings.
