María Lede Pizzurno is a partner at Mitrani Caballero in Argentina, co-heading the Energy & Natural Resources practice and leading the firm's Environmental Law practice; she advises local and international clients in regulated industries and specializes in mining, administrative and environmental law with a focus on natural resources, infrastructure and life sciences. She has extensive experience in regulatory matters, administrative proceedings, project finance, public-private partnerships and M&A involving mining assets, and has worked on major projects including Veladero and Potasio Río Colorado; before joining Mitrani Caballero in 2017 she was a founding partner at HOLT Abogados (2008–2017), a junior partner at Estudio Beccar Varela (1999–2008) and served for six years as an advisor to the Argentine Ministry of Economy and Public Works.
