Roxana Schäfer is a Corporate M&A and Real Estate Partner at Galicia Abogados S.C., advising on mergers and acquisitions across industries, real estate project structuring and development, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate and real estate financing, including civil aviation transactions. She joined Galicia in 2012 (starting as a law clerk), worked as a foreign associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, became partner in the M&A and Real Estate practices as of 2025 and is the first woman partner of both groups.
