Partner and head of the Project Finance, Restructuring and Capital Markets Practice Group at Arteaga Gorziglia & Cia Abogados, with over 14 years' experience advising local and foreign companies on project finance, M&A, restructuring and capital markets matters, particularly in energy and infrastructure. He is a Professor of Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2015 and served as a visiting international attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in New York (2017–2018).
