Partner in Morales & Besa's Tax team who concentrates his practice in tax law, advising local and foreign clients on M&A, investments in Chile, cross-border operations and reorganizations, and representing clients before municipalities, the Servicio de Impuestos Internos and Tax Courts. He previously worked as an international associate in Cleary Gottlieb's London tax team (2019–2020) and was an associate at Cariola Diez Pérez-Cotapos (2013–2018); he holds an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh and has authored publications on environmental taxation and tax litigation.
