Throughout his career, he has founded two specialized labor law firms, served as arbitrator of the ECOPETROL–USO Legal Arbitration Tribunal, conjuez (ad hoc judge) of the Bogotá Superior Court, and consultant to international organizations such as the OAS and the ILO.
