Jorge García-Díaz is a Capital Member and Vice-Chair of the Environmental, Energy & Land Use Practice Group at McConnell Valdés LLC in Puerto Rico with over 20 years' private practice experience. He advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters under major federal and local environmental laws (including CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and the Oil Pollution Act) and has represented clients across multiple industries in complex environmental matters, including an MDL involving MTBE-related products liability and natural resources damages.
