Henry Freese is a Capital Member and Vice-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group and Leader of the Maritime Practice Team at McConnell Valdés LLC in Puerto Rico. His practice focuses on maritime and admiralty law, commercial construction and distribution/franchise disputes, insurance and lender-liability litigation, and the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims; he also handles termination or non-renewal disputes under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, provides correspondent services for protection and indemnity clubs, and has significant bench and jury trial experience, including defending a Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower claim in Puerto Rico.
