Partner of the international and foreign investment department at Pellerano & Herrera, concentrating her practice in project finance, M&A, trusts, mining, energy and corporate and banking law. She joined the firm in 2003, became partner in 2012, advises local and international companies as well as banks and multilateral institutions on syndicated and private equity investments, and has worked on major transactions including Barrick Gold’s 1.2 billion syndicated loan, the US$2.5 billion bond issuance to the Dominican State and Ambev’s acquisition of the largest Dominican brewery.
