He has led major transactions and restructurings in Mexico (including GE’s sale of its real estate business to Blackstone, MetLife’s acquisition of Aseguradora Hidalgo, the sale of Iusacell to AT&T and Vinci Airports’ investment in OMA), helped create the money transfer system for remittances from the U.S. to Mexico in 1996, and advised on PPP structures for Mexican infrastructure projects.
