She is specialized in the regulation of the National Securities Committee. Alexia has extensive experience with IPOs and follows-on in the issuance of shares. She advised on several issuances of negotiable obligations of several companies and financial trusts with public offering. Comprehensive advice connected to the regulations of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic and foreign exchange legislation. She is very active in the Public Mutual Funds advising more than 40 Mutual Funds either to the Depositary or the Manager Company or both. She advises the underwriters and the issuers in public offerings. She is also active at the Pro Bono work.
