Ana María is a partner at the firm and serves as the Director of the Labor and Employment Advice and Counsel Area. Ana María has built her career at the firm since 2009, starting as an intern and rising to become one of the leaders of the Corporate Counselling team. With a strong technical foundation and a client-focused approach, she has developed a strategic vision that effectively addresses her client’s needs, providing robust and timely solutions that build value, trust, and harmony in handling significant labor issues for companies. In her current role, Ana María is responsible for overseeing the legal administration and crafting strategic legal guidance for the firm's client counselling. Her practice encompasses substantial areas of law, with a special emphasis on Labor Law (both Individual and Collective Employment Law), Social Security, and Tax Law.
