With more than 30 years of experience in the practice of law, Rafael is broadly recognized among the most prominent lawyers in Argentina in the field of corporate law and M&A. He is consistently recognized and awarded by several specialized publications. Before founding SyLS, Rafael was Partner in one the largest law firms in Argentina where he headed the Corporate Law and M&A Department, and also worked for 4 years at White & Case LLP, where he took part of the International Lawyers Program in the New York office (2000), and then as an Associate in the Latin-American Practice Group in the Miami office (2001- 2003).
