Managing Partner and attorney at Concern Dialog law firm in Armenia who leads the firm's dispute resolution practice and represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings, commercial and investment arbitrations, and international-law proceedings. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, has worked with the International Committee of the Red Cross, is a board member of the Arbitrators' Association of Armenia, and has taught at the RA Advocate Academy and the French University in Armenia for many years.
