Dawn practises in the field of civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on construction-related disputes. She has acted for and advised major developers, contractors, architects, and engineers in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings and is familiar with all major standard forms of construction and consultancy contract, including PAM, PWD, CIDB, and IEM forms. Dawn is also experienced in contract administration and the drafting and negotiation of project documentation.
