Dr. Prisca Octavia Rumokoy is an Indonesian lawyer with double master's degrees in law; she earned an LL.B and an LL.M from Universitas Sam Ratulangi (both summa cum laude) and a second LL.M with a Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California (graduating in the top 5% of her class). She has worked at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, was named the “Youngest Indonesian Bachelor and Master of Laws” by the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI), and is a member of the American Society of International Law and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
