George (Zhenyu) Niu is the founding and managing partner of Shihui Partners, advising on venture capital and private equity investments, RMB fund formation, cross-border M&A and domestic and overseas IPOs. He obtained his Chinese lawyer qualification in 1998, holds bachelor and master degrees from Renmin University of China, and has been recognized by The Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2009–2011) and Chambers and Partners (2011–2018).
