Mikiharu Mori

Mikiharu Mori is the co-founder and managing partner of TKI. Mikiharu has been named as a leading practitioner for M&A by Japanese and global media, including Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Weekly Economist, IFLR 1000, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Asian Legal Business (ALB) and asialaw. His major publications include "Cross-border M&A Contract Practice" (editor and co-author) (Chuo Keizai-sha, 2021) and "Tender Offer Practice by Transaction Type" (Chuo Keizai-sha, 2023). Mikiharu speaks frequently on various topics, including cross-border M&A, corporate governance and related legal issues. Mikiharu also serves as a Think! Expert (commentator) for Nihon Keizai Shimbun and his comments are frequently published and featured in major newspapers, magazines and TV news reports.
