Mikiharu Mori is the co-founder and managing partner of TKI. His major publications include "Cross-border M&A Contract Practice" (editor and co-author) (Chuo Keizai-sha, 2021) and "Tender Offer Practice by Transaction Type" (Chuo Keizai-sha, 2023). Mikiharu speaks frequently on various topics, including cross-border M&A, corporate governance and related legal issues. Mikiharu also serves as a Think!
