Castro joined the firm in 2014 and is a partner in the Litigation Department with experience handling criminal, civil, labour, election and estate matters. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2014, served as Assistant Corporate Secretary of the United Nationalist Alliance (2014–2016), was appointed a Commissioner of the Commission on Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines on 7 July 2021 (serving a second term), and taught Civil Procedure at Philippine Law School in 2024.
