Daniel C. Subido has practised law in the Philippines since 1999, specialising in corporate, banking and finance matters with experience in investment banking, trusts, real estate, finance transactions and mining investments. He served as Deputy Secretary General of the Philippine Housing and Urban Development Council (2010–2015) and as Chief Legal Counsel for the Office of the Vice President; he is also a Professor of Law and an active member of the Legal Management Council of the Philippines and the Rotary Club in Makati City.
