With 20 years of experience, Frank Liu is Head of Shanghai Pacific Legal and a Partner at Shanghai Pacific Legal who leads the firm's Intellectual Property practice, advising on IPR registration, protection, management, enforcement and end-to-end IP strategy. He has acted for Fortune 500, multinational and domestic PRC clients in over a hundred litigation and arbitration cases in China and previously worked in an intermediate-level Chinese court for five years from 1996 before entering private practice in 2002.
