
Oliver Tse
Oliver is a Charles Ching Scholar. He joined Chambers after his pupillage with Mr Norman Nip SC, Mr Osmond Lam, Mr Isaac Chan, Mr Alexsander Wong and Mr Toby Brown. Oliver completed the BCL with Distinction at the University of Oxford, after graduating from BBA(Law) & LLB with First-Class Honours at the University of Hong Kong. He was the Champion and Best Speaker of multiple moots, and published in peer-reviewed journals. Oliver has the experience of conducting a full trial as a sole advocate, and appearing at different levels of court, both as a led junior and on his own right. He is also a Part-Time Lecturer of Contract Law at the University of Hong Kong. Oliver is developing a broad civil practice, with an emphasis on contractual disputes, commercial fraud, bankruptcy and insolvency, wills and probate, and construction. Oliver is actively developing an arbitration practice as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and assisting in a number of domestic and international arbitrations. · Rede Chambers
