Senior Partner and founder of Vong Hin Fai Lawyers & Private Notary, he has practised in Macau since 1996 and was appointed a private notary in 1997 and a China‑Appointed Attesting Notary (Macau) in 2006. He is an arbitrator for CIETAC and the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, serves as honorary chairman and GBA-qualified lawyer at Renhe Qibang Xianhui (Hengqin), and has extensive experience in real estate, gaming, administrative, commercial, banking & finance, notarization and labour law.
