Raqsabhumi Chotmanodham

Raqsabhumi is a tax lawyer specialising in taxation, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. He advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular experience in corporate income tax, value-added tax, personal income tax, transfer pricing, gift tax and inheritance tax. Prior to joining the firm, Raqsabhumi gained experience with several reputable organisations, including one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Thailand, where he was part of the Corporate and Commercial Team; a leading Bangkok law firm, where he was a member of the Tax Department; and a foreign e-commerce company, where he also served in the Tax Department. Raqsabhumi holds an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Bristol and an LL.B. with Second Class Honours from Chulalongkorn University, where he majored in Business Law and Taxation. He is admitted as a lawyer in Thailand and is accredited as a Notarial Services Attorney by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
