Phonwiset Phonrattana-anan

Phonwiset Phonrattana-anan is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution practice, with a focus on litigation and complex disputes. She has experience advising and representing clients across a range of contentious matters, including civil and commercial disputes, class actions, bankruptcy and business rehabilitation, and white-collar crime. Her practice is supported by a broader background in corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and telecommunications, allowing her to provide commercially informed advice in dispute contexts. Prior to joining the firm, Phonwiset worked at two international law firms in Bangkok, where she advised both private and public companies across various industries. Phonwiset holds a Bachelor of Laws (Second-Class Honours) from Thammasat University, and is admitted to practice by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
