A senior legal practitioner with more than two decades of cross-sector experience, Yohanes Masengi is the managing partner and founding partner of Corra Legal in Indonesia, specialising in M&A, corporate structuring, infrastructure development and regulatory compliance. He led PLN’s USD 21 billion restructuring and has acted as lead counsel on major renewable energy procurements, IPP projects and investments by automotive and battery manufacturers into Indonesia.
