Chatchavej Chitvarakorn is Managing Partner at Siam Premier International Law Office Limited, appointed on 1 October 2020, with over 20 years’ experience advising multinational corporations, large Thai corporations and Thai government agencies on corporate/M&A, antitrust and competition, real property and construction, insurance, PPPs, regulatory matters, government contracts and foreign investment in Thailand. He has particular experience advising foreign insurers and global hotel and property developers on investment, restructuring and M&A, and is a co-lecturer in the Relationship between Business and Law course.
