She is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales (non-practising) and holds an LLB and PCLL from The University of Hong Kong; she has served on the ECTA Law Committee (2021–2023) and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Trade Marks Practitioners.
