Partner and Head of the Insurance Litigation practice group at Deacons in Hong Kong, Alfred Tam has considerable experience in insurance-related litigation and arbitration, with particular focus on personal injury claims and the Employees’ Compensation Legislation. He advises insurer clients on policy interpretation and policy-related disputes (including third-party motor, contractors' all risks, building owners' corporation and reinsurance treaty issues), and handles contentious property damage, real property and tenancy matters as well as non-contentious policy drafting.
