Partner at JunHe in China with more than 20 years' experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters, including regulatory compliance, contract formation, handbooks and policies, wage-and-hour compliance, employee transfers, mass layoffs, terminations, workplace investigations, IP protection and union issues. Mr. Feng joined JunHe in January 2015; he was previously of counsel at Paul Hastings (Shanghai) and in-house counsel for Eastman Kodak Greater China. He holds an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law (1998) and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (2010), and has been ranked in Chambers Asia for employment law from 2013 to present.
