Xin Liu is a lawyer in JunHe’s Shanghai office who joined the firm in 2015 and advises multinational companies on foreign direct investment, joint ventures and M&A in China, including outbound investments. She also advises on day-to-day legal matters in the new energy, chemical, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors and has experience in compliance and investigations; before joining JunHe she worked for four years at the German firm Peters, Schoenberger & Partner in Munich.
