Ms. Yan joined JunHe at the end of 2000 and became a partner in 2001, advising multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises and privately owned listed companies on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance and complex cross-border M&A as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. Prior to joining JunHe she spent nearly six years as Chinese legal counsel at a leading European law firm in Germany, focusing on infrastructure, foreign direct investment and M&A, and has experience across industries including machinery, automotive components, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, food and beverage, renewable energy, agriculture, entertainment, infrastructure and real estate.
