Dong Yoon Chae is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang who focuses on international IP disputes, arbitration and cross-border litigation, eDiscovery, and anti-corruption and corporate compliance, advising Korean and multinational clients on US and cross-border litigation as well as AI, privacy and data-security and regulatory matters in life sciences and TMT. Prior to joining Kim & Chang he was a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Dallas office and has served as a Fellow at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
