Co-Chair of Kim & Chang’s antitrust and competition law practice, Youngjin Jung advises on merger control, international cartel investigations and abuse of dominance matters—particularly in the technology and IT sectors—and leads the firm's international trade practice, including trade remedies, WTO/FTA and sanctions. He also has significant experience in data privacy and cybersecurity and has held academic and international advisory roles.
