Narae Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang in the International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation and Shipping practices, with extensive experience in shipbuilding, offshore, shipping, energy, international trade, insurance and reinsurance disputes. She has represented clients in complex cross-border litigation and arbitration (including LMAA, ICC, SIAC and KCAB), advises on legal and technical issues arising from shipbuilding and offshore projects, and has experience drafting and negotiating shipbuilding/offshore contracts and bank guarantees; before rejoining Kim & Chang she served as senior legal counsel at a Korean shipbuilding company.
