John Sangho Park is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang with extensive experience in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and project development in energy and power (both conventional and renewable). He has been actively involved in oil & gas projects advising on concessions, PSCs, JOAs, EPCICs, LNG SPAs and non-recourse financing, and in Korea assists international sponsors developing offshore wind (fixed-bottom and floating), BESS, CCSU and clean hydrogen projects; prior to joining Kim & Chang he was general counsel of DSME ENR Ltd.
