Jong Ku Kang is a partner in our Maritime and Insurance Practice Group. His exposure to product liability issues started from an insurance-related context where he has defended product liability claims on behalf of the manufacturers and their insurers as well as from defending shipbuilders and ship engine manufacturers against product liability claims.
