Partner in charge of international arbitration and litigations at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Tony DongWook Kang has extensive experience in international and cross-border arbitration and litigation, including pre- and post-M&A disputes, commercial and financial litigation, criminal litigation and corporate control disputes. A former judge, he holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and an LL.B. (magna cum laude) from Seoul National University, and has served as an arbitrator with The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and KCAB International since 2021.
