Kwang Hyun Ryoo
Kwang Hyun RYOO is a partner on the technology, media, and telecommunications team at BKL. Mr. Ryoo advises on high-tech issues related to communication and media companies at home and abroad. He served as a legal advisor to the Korea Communications Commission and the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. Mr. Ryoo joined the firm in 1995 after a year at the Public Prosecutor’s District Office in Busan.
