With around twenty years' experience across Southeast Asia, Mark D’Alelio advises Thai and international clients on complex real estate, projects and foreign direct investment matters in Thailand and on cross-border matters, having also worked in Myanmar and Vietnam. Dispute resolution is a core part of his practice (including real estate and labor disputes and representation before the Department of Special Investigations), and he also advises on market entry for IT/technology companies, BOI incentives, and hotel management agreements for landowners and developers.
