Jerry Liu is a partner of our Shanghai Office. Mr. Liu has extensive experience in areas of investment, mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC, compliance/anti-corruption, and dispute resolutions. For cross-border merger and acquisition projects, Mr. Liu has advised clients in many aspects throughout all phases of transactions, including transaction structure design, due diligence exercises, drafting / reviewing transaction documents, negotiations, providing relevant legal opinions and deal closings. Mr. Liu has provided the aforementioned legal services to many Fortune 500 multi-national companies and Chinese companies. Mr. Liu's clients cover a wide range of industries, including without limitation to manufacturing, automobile, aerospace, insurance, energy, pharmaceutical, agriculture, retail, TMT, and consulting.
