Ms. Song practices primarily in the areas of real estate, cross border acquisitions, foreign direct investment and banking and finance. Industries in which she has been involved include real estate, logistics and warehousing, commercial retail and banking, etc. Ms. Song specializes in the real estate industry and logistics and warehousing industry with solid experiences in providing a full range of legal services on acquisition and disposal of real estate projects, logistics and warehousing projects, land expatriation and reservation by the PRC local governments and corporate real estate. She has closed more than 100 cross border M&A real estate and logistics and warehousing transactions by way of equity transfer, asset transfer or joint ventures. Her clients include Angelo Gordon, Arch Capital, Tomson Group, METRO, Everview Capital, Kailong REI, CapitaLand and other offshore funds and multinational entities. Ms. Song also provides legal services for Taubman and Disney in their PRC leasing matters.
