Prior to joining GLO, he had worked for Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Co. Ltd.(“ZTE”) for about 13 years with the last position as the General Counsel. In this role, Keyou Wang led ZTE’s global legal and compliance management, and coordinated the establishment of its global compliance system. He also has extensive experience dealing with corporate compliance crises. As for Export Controls and Sanctions related matters, Keyou Wang has direct communication and negotiation experience with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Department of Justice. He helped ZTE to obtain the first Temporary General License (TGL) from U.S. Department of Commerce in 2016 and eventually helped it delisted from the Entity List. Keyou Wang also has significant litigation experience, with a particular focus on commercial disputes and white collar crimes. He has exceptional insights on how to achieve optimal resolution in such disputes from the corporate perspective.
