He has represented hundreds of civil and commercial dispute and enforcement cases before Supreme People’s Court, high and local courts in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Hunan, Jilin, Jiangxi, Gansu, Ningxia etc., and CIETAC, BJAC. In a landmark enforcement appeal case before Supreme Court, Lintao Zheng successfully represented a client persuading the Supreme Court to rule in favor of the purchaser of non-performing loans by clarifying the application of “Hainan Minutes”. Lintao Zheng represented in numerous investment disputes and equity disputes for his client, involving an amount more than RMB 2 billion. Lintao Zheng also successfully facilitated the sealing up of an aircraft in another unprecedented case, which was elected as one of the Ten Cases of Beijing Courts in 2016 Catching the Most Media Attention. In an enforcement of notarial obligatory right document case, Lintao Zheng helped a client successfully recover bad debts in full amount (more than RMB300 million).
