Philje Cho is a partner in Lee & Ko's Tax department, advising on international and global tax matters. Cho previously worked at Ernst & Young U.S. LLP's ITTS Global Tax Desk in New York (2023–2024), served as a public-service advocate (2014–2017), and holds an LLM in International Tax from New York University while being a Ph.D. candidate in Tax Law at Seoul National University.
