Monica Sun has 20 years of professional experience advising on power, oil and gas, and infrastructure matters, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and financing, private equity investments, corporate affairs and corporate financing. Since 2004 she has been involved in overseas LNG procurement projects for Chinese companies; before joining Fangda Partners she served as the managing partner in charge of an international law firm's China energy practice.
