Teppei Mogi is the firm’s partner in charge of international business law and international dispute resolution. He has been providing legal advice on various distribution agreements, licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, M&A agreements, infrastructure project agreements and other agreements relating to international transactions for the nearly 30 years. He has represented both Japanese and foreign clients, among others, in the areas of construction, plant engineering, energy, pharmaceuticals and machinery. His work has recently been focused on the resolution of international business disputes, including arbitration and mediation. He has represeted clients in a number of international arbitration cases (including JCAA, ICC, AAA, SIAC and LCIA cases). He is also active as arbitrators.
