Datuk Darryl Goon is a Consultant in Dispute Resolution at Raja, Darryl & Loh and a retired judge of the Court of Appeal of Malaysia. A former managing partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group, he is a long‑standing litigator and arbitrator who now advises the firm and from time to time sits as an arbitrator while choosing not to appear as counsel in court.
