Ashok Kumar Mahadev Ranai is a Partner and co-head of the Construction and Engineering practice at Skrine, specialising in construction, infrastructure and energy project disputes. He sits regularly as an arbitrator and lead counsel across construction, energy and aviation matters, is on the panels of AIAC, SIAC, HKIAC and ICC, was formerly Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Malaysia Branch, and has published commentaries on the Arbitration Act 2005.
