Gee Hong Kim is Managing Partner at Jipyong LLC and is regarded as a leading expert in competition law in South Korea, with notable representations including acting for the Korea Fair Trade Commission in the dismissal of Qualcomm’s objection and clearing Intel’s USD 16.7 billion acquisition of Altera before the KFTC.
